I have thrived in production because it allows me to use both sides of my brain: the curious, creative and innovative right side and the more logical, practical left one. My art school background has helped me to speak the language of creatives, and I use my critical thinking skills to analyze the work and processes, to assess what’s working and identify improvement opportunities.
I get energized by big conversations, movements, different ways of being. I exude calm through chaos as a consistent voice of reason no matter the circumstances, and have been told that my calm is contagious. I thrive on change and am more comfortable navigating uncharted waters than maintaining the status quo.
I approach everything I do with honesty, tact and diplomacy. Because I always focus on what’s best for the work and lead without ego, people trust my solutions and respect my point of view. These qualities have helped land me at some of the best creative agencies in the world, and have set me up for success in strategic roles working directly with marketers.
I have worked at agencies in New York, San Francisco and Boston including BBDO, BBH and TBWA\Chiat\Day. From 2017-2019 I was Director of Production at Mother USA, managing their production departments in New York and Los Angeles. Since 2019 I have been on the brand side, helping brands such as Meta, Airbnb and Google manage their relationships with agencies and the production community and implementing and tracking DEI and sustainability initiatives.
In 2020 I co-founded Green The Bid, a grassroots advocacy group and 401(c)3 non-profit org whose aim is to shift the commercial production industry to zero-waste, minimal carbon, sustainable and regenerative practices.
In addition to countless commercials, I have produced several branded content pieces such as AT&T “Daybreak", Sandy Hook Promise "Evan", "The Gamekillers" MTV series for Axe, and the Titanium Lion and GRANDY-Winning "Oasis Dig Out Your Soul – In The Streets" for Warner Bros. My work has received top honors at The Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, AICP, The Webbys, The International ANDY Awards, Ciclope and other festivals.
I have served on numerous juries including the AICP Curatorial Committee, AICP Next, Ciclope Festival, Red Apple Festival, One Show, One Screen Film Festival, the 1.4 Awards, One Show Entertainment, and Connections by Le Book.
I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BfA) in Illustration from The Rhode Island School of Design, sat on the Board of Trustees at The Brooklyn Waldorf School, and currently divide my time among New York City, the Bay Area, and the Canadian Rockies.
