For more than 25 years, I've worked with agencies, brands, and creative teams to bring ambitious ideas to life. Over that time, I've produced campaigns, built production organizations, and helped companies rethink how creative work gets made. What I still enjoy most is bringing talented people together and figuring out how to make the work better.

I've produced award-winning work for brands including Meta, PepsiCo, Levi's, General Motors, Sandy Hook Promise, and Unilever, and held leadership roles at agencies including BBDO and Mother. Since 2019, I've worked with global technology companies including Meta, Airbnb, and Google, helping shape production strategy, strengthen agency partnerships, and improve the way creative work gets made at scale. Along the way, I've also led initiatives focused on sustainability, supplier diversity, and representation, helping align production practices with broader business and cultural goals.

One thing I've learned over the years is that production really comes down to judgment. Every project is different, but the questions are often the same. Who are the right partners? What's the best approach? When should you push? When should you simplify? When should you get out of the way? I've always seen my job as helping good people do their best work. When you get that right, the work usually follows.

In 2020, I co-founded Green The Bid, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to helping the commercial production industry adopt more sustainable and regenerative practices. What began as a grassroots initiative has grown into a global movement, and remains one of the accomplishments I'm most proud of.

Work I've produced has been recognized at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, the Webbys, and other major creative festivals. I've also served as a juror for organizations including AICP, Ciclope, and The One Show. I hold a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design and am based in New York City.
